New CCSF Chinatown/North Beach Campus

STRUCTUS is the structural engineer of record for the new CCSF Chinatown North Beach campus. The 14-story “vertical campus” houses 39 classrooms and laboratories, offices, a library, and multi-purpose room. The 194,000 square foot project incorporates energy-efficient methods for heating, cooling, and lighting as well as the use of sustainable and healthy building materials, as desired by CCSF. The campus is the tallest concrete structure to go through the DSA’s review process and is seeking LEED Gold Certification.
