The Pier 38 complex includes the single story 160,000 sf. pile supported shed as well as the two-story 21,000 sf. bulkhead structure. STRUCTUS performed a seismic evaluation, structural condition survey, and conceptual seismic retrofit of Pier 38, its shed structure, and the bulkhead structure.
