Structus has ample project experience for health care facilities. As a Joint Venture Partner of the Prime Consultant Team for the San Francisco General Hospital SB-1953 Seismic Evaluation Project, Structus completed seismic evaluation analyses and retrofit studies for the 556,000sq. ft. Main Building and M-Wings. Structus has also evaluated nearly all of the existing older brick buildings. Other healthcare projects we’ve worked on include the UCSF Moffitt Hospital, Metabolic Kitchen/Laboratory, Chinese Hospital Radiology Expansion, John Muir Hospital Rehab Garden, and various renovations for the Humana Hospital, Martinez Veteran’s Hopsital, and SFGH. In addition, Structus has been involved in performing structural plan check services for OSHPD on major new hospital facilities.
