STRUCTUS is the Structural Engineer of Record for this Affordable Housing Project for families, which consists of a new 14-story concrete structure and a basement. When completed, the project will have 21 one-bedroom units, 35 two-bedroom units, and 25 three-bedroom units, lobbies, parking for 14 cars, a multi-purpose room, a retail space, roof decks, and a penthouse. The total floor area is 115,000 sq.ft. for the tower, plus 7,000 sq.ft. of parking. The structural system includes post-tensioned concrete flat slabs supported by concrete columns and shear walls founded on a mat slab. This project was jointly developed and managed by GEDC and TNDC JV.
