Harvey Milk Recreation Center Retrofit

The building is a three-story cast-in-place concrete structure with an asymmetrical tee shaped footprint of approximately 7,600 sf. This project includes comprehensive seismic retrofit to the existing building as well as the addition of new stairs, concrete crack repair, and extensive architectural renovation for photo labs, rehearsal rooms, and performing spaces.
