Laguna Honda Hospital Clarendon Hall

As a Joint Venture Partner of the Prime Consultant Team, STRUCTUS has completed seismic evaluation and strengthening study of a group of three-story concrete buildings (some with partial or full basements) at the Laguna Honda Hospital Campus. The existing structural system for the Clarendon Hall consists of one way concrete slabs, joists, beams, columns and walls, with spread footings as foundation. The building complex contains nursing wings, full service kitchen and dining facility for senior citizens.
