San Francisco General Hospital Buildings 100/200/300/4

San Francisco, CA

As a Joint Venture Partner of the Prime Consultant Team, STRUCTUS has completed seismic evaluation and strengthening study of a group of historic hospital buildings. At the time of our work, Buildings 100/200/300 and 4 housed clinical research and outpatient facilities and were deemed as essential facilities (I = 1.25) by the City of San Francisco). Buildings 100/200/300 are three-story structures and have structural steel frames with concrete floors and unreinforced brick infill walls. Building 4 is a single-story URM building without complete steel frame system.
