San Francisco General Hospital Buildings 80/90

As a Joint Venture Partner of the Prime Consultant, STRUCTUS has completed seismic evaluation and strengthening study of a seven-story historic hospital building located at the North West Corner of the San Francisco General Hospital Complex. At the time of our work, Building 80/90 housed nursing and outpatient clinic facilities and was deemed an essential facility (Importance Factor I = 1.25) by the City of San Francisco. The structural system consists of reinforced concrete slabs supported by structural steel frames with unreinforced brick infill walls.
