STRUCTUS was responsible for the seismic retrofit and historic restoration of 350 Mc Allister Street. This national registered historic landmark, a 7-story Beaux Arts Building, with a total area of 225,000 s.f., was retrofitted for the State mandated bi-level earthquake design, which prescribes the structural performance of the building to include:

• No cracks for facades for service level (72 year) earthquake.
• Repairable structural damages for maximum credible (475) year earthquake.
