SFPUC Sewer Master Plan Evaluations

STRUCTUS’ tasks as a structural sub-consultant for this contract included:

Visual Condition Survey
STRUCTUS performed a visual condition survey of approximately 20 structures within the Southeast Plant, Oceanside Plant, and several pump stations.

Visual Mitigation Study
STRUCTUS provided structural conceptual schemes for visual mitigation of the Southeast Sewer Plant to provide visual screens of the existing clarifies and other exposed structures.

Rapid Seismic Evaluation
STRUCTUS prepared conceptual retrofit cost estimates for 36 structures (total 510,000sf.) within the Southeast and North Point Sewer Plants, the Bruce Flynn, Sunnydale, and Griffith pump stations, and the Administration, Chemical Storage, and Waste Gas Burner buildings at the Oceanside Plant.
